Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sister LINK
The Adepta Sororitas, also known as the Sisters of Battle, are an elite sisterhood of warriors raised from infancy to adore and worship the Emperor of Mankind. Their fanatical devotion and unwavering spiritual purity is a bulwark against corruption, heresy and alien attack, and once battle has been joined they will stop at nothing until their enemies are utterly crushed.

Battle-Sisters will stride through fire if need be, their bolters spitting staccato bursts of destruction every step of the way. Not even death can stay the wrath of the Adepta Sororitas -- indeed, the blood of martyrs only strengthens the resolve of battle-sisters, spurring them to greater acts of heroism in the name of the honoured fallen.
The Sisters of Battle are trained to the peak of human ability and stand amongst Mankind's most dedicated and disciplined warriors. Wherever there are foes of the Emperor, the Sisters of Battle will be found fighting with faith and steel. When not actively prosecuting the Ecclesiarchy's wars, the battle-sisters of the Orders Militant divide their time between rigorous training and devout worship of the God-Emperor.
The combination of combat doctrine and prayer is most evident on the battlefield, where battle-sisters loudly proclaim their faith in hymn and verse as they march to war, calling upon the Emperor to aid them in the fight against their enemies.
As they share much the same role within the Imperium as the Ordo Hereticus, battle-sisters often form a major part of Ordo Hereticus military forces when a Witch Hunter does not wish to commandeer the forces of the Astra Militarum into his or her service to carry out a military objective.
Choosing to set a story through the eyes of a sister of battle is a good idea. Playing the role of Ophelia, you are a badass militant believer stamping out heresy wherever you see it. Most of that stamping out involves killing the same handful of enemy types but they're still reasonably fun to mow down by the end of your playtime. It attempts to engage with a story that tugs on the heartstrings at points but rarely gives enough to make you feel anything. After your first mission, you are informed the sister you believed to be dead is, in fact, alive and well. This means very little after the first 20 minutes mostly due to the structure of gameplay.
Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sister feels much more like an on-rail shooter than most shooters on the quest. Environments often cannot be interacted with and enemies have a very strict pattern to them. You can essentially finish entire battles by simply pointing your gun at the right doorway and waiting for enemies to line up in your sights. Luckily, gunplay (and swordplay) are fun enough to justify the time even if there are some bigger issues. You have an ammo pack on your chest, two holsters on either side of your hip, one behind your back, and a spot for a grenade on the front. You can put any combination of weapons here and use any two at one time. This means lots of flipping around weapons, cool attempts at reloads, and some great dual weapon action. This isn't a new thing to VR shooters but it's still quite satisfying.
You are placed into the shoes of Ophelia, who is travelling across planets and barges, killing any Chaos Space Marines that stand in your way. What is your goal? To reunite with your sister, who you presumed to be dead, from the battle that is the opening of the game. The story does enough to entertain players who are not akin to Warhammer 40K universe, but, it is obviously going to cater to more of the fans.
Warhammer 40K: Battle Sister places you in the tall boots of Sister Ophelia, a battle-hardened member of the Sisters of Battle (Adeptus Sosroitas), an all-female faction fighting on behalf of the Imperium of Man, aka humanity itself. While battling the forces of Chaos across a war-torn planet, Ophelia receives word that her own sister, whom she presumed dead, is alive. What follows is a fast-paced, planet-hopping adventure that has you teaming up with multiple allies to uncover the secrets surrounding your sisters disappearance, all-the-while mowing down waves of Chaotic forces using an arsenal of savage weaponry. 041b061a72
